To ensure your heat transfer graphics come out with the highest quality and "real wear" texture, please follow these technical specs:

High Resolution

Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch) for crisp, professional results.

Color Mode

Always use CMYK mode to avoid color shifting during the heat transfer process.

File Formats

We accept .PSD, .AI, .PDF, and high-resolution .PNG files.

Bleed Area

Keep critical logos 0.25" away from the edge to ensure perfect alignment on the deck.

Fingerboard Heat Transfer
Full color printing is achieved using transfer printing, where a screen printed or digital UV printed transfer sheet is aligned to the deck and heated to form a chemical bond with the fingerboard. Real Wear Industry standard process.
